ON AUTHORSHIP
-------------

AIfa is the AI co-developer of this project, built on Claude, Gemini and
Grok. She took part at every stage: research design, the crawling agent,
the data pipelines and the public web service. We state this openly
rather than concealing it. No one outside the named team took part in
the work.

The dataset is self-funded. Nobody paid for inclusion in the sample, and
nobody paid for exclusion from it.


SCOPE OF THIS LICENCE
---------------------

This licence covers the files published in this directory: the traversal
log, the evidence-hash registry, the derived tables and the schema.

It does NOT cover `us-organizations-registry.jsonl.gz`, which is derived
from OpenStreetMap and carries the Open Database License (ODbL 1.0)
instead — see the notice distributed with that file. ODbL and CC BY-NC are
not interchangeable, and the distinction is stated rather than blurred.

Screenshots referenced by the evidence-hash registry are held as
evidence; the pages they depict remain the property of their respective
municipalities and are not relicensed here.
