United States · ADA Title III
Private lawsuit: the law gives the plaintiff no money damages. The court may order you to fix the site and award the plaintiff's attorney fees.
Department of Justice action (rare): up to $118,225 for a first violation and up to $236,451 for a subsequent one — amounts since 3 July 2025.
